NKB Infracorp draws on more than 15 years of the founder’s professional experience across infrastructure, commercial, residential and hospitality projects in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
Working alongside capable teams across demanding project environments has built practical knowledge in civil and structural works, MEP activities, material procurement, technical manpower coordination, quality control and site safety.
Today, that experience informs our approach to civil construction, material supply and main power supply — with a focus on understanding requirements, coordinating effectively and moving projects forward with clarity.

NEOM Sindalah Island
Coordinating complex island development works
Experience included site execution, multidisciplinary technical coordination, structural quality control and civil and MEP work scopes within a complex island development environment.
Al Marfa Development
Residential construction at scale
The reported scope covered a development comprising 410 villas, a mosque and retail facilities, with experience in precast structural construction, heavy foundations, superstructure works, erection, site logistics and workforce coordination.
Al Duqm Port Project
Supporting essential port infrastructure
Experience included Oil Water Separator (OWS) systems, port buildings, mosque structures, utility-related works, structural supervision and site quality control.
Saadiyat Island Luxury Resort
Technical precision in complex hospitality structures
The reported experience included structural works for a luxury beachfront resort with multi-storey towers, villas, spa facilities and a ballroom. Specialized work involved heavy transfer slabs exceeding one metre in thickness and multi-level post-tensioned slab systems.
Diplomatic Quarter & Majdoul Tower
A foundation in civil and high-rise development
Earlier professional experience included civil works across residential compounds, boundary walls and infrastructure in Riyadh’s Diplomatic Quarter, along with contributions to early-stage site preparation and structural activities associated with Majdoul Tower.
